Nature’s Way Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) 1000mg consists of Gamma linolenic acid (GLA) which helps relieves symptoms of pre-menstrual stress (PMT) such as tender breasts and mild irritability. This product may assist in the relief of symptoms of mil arthritis and even support skin health.
EPO helps supports general health and wellbeing of in both men and women.
Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules a day with food.
Children 2-6 years (for skin health):Give 1 capsule a day (pierce and squeeze into milk, juice, or cereal).
