Omega-3: Source & Benefits

A well studied nutrient which is incredibly important for optimal health benefits. Omega-3, a polyunsatureated fatty acid (PUFA) is a healthy fat food present in various sources. Getting regular intake of omega-3 can be either through eating whole foods such as fish 2 times per week or taking supplement along with normal diet.
